Standard Poly Cases

Unlike standard flight cases that are often manufactured from lightweight Astroboard or aluminium, Nomad poly cases are made from a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet which is incredibly durable and resistant to physical impacts.

The sheet is cut and creased around a mild steel rim to give it a more rigid structure, ensuring optimal protection for the items that will be stowed inside your poly case.

Our poly boxes are then reinforced with either a steel or plastic three-way corner to conceal the raw edges and provide a neat and professional finish.

We stock HDPE sheets in a wide range of standard colours, including black, grey, blue, and red as standard. However, if you’d like your case to reflect your business and raise brand awareness, please talk to our team as custom colours can be supplied upon request.

A wide selection of handles, straps, locks, and hinges are available to suit various applications – making it easy for you to transport, store, secure, and access your products. Customers sometimes add wheels to the base of their poly boxes too, allowing them to move large, cumbersome items quickly and safely from A to B.

Our high-density polyethylene boxes
might not be as hard-wearing as a regular flight case, but they are ideally suited to light and medium-duty applications.

Depending on the nature of the items you’ll secure in your plastic case, a custom foam lining can be fitted to aid with shock absorption. Our custom-designed foam inserts will protect your goods
against vibrations and various impacts – keeping them safe and well-presented at all times.
