Our very high quality custom made flexi trunks are built to our specifications, and built to last! We manufacture to order 5 standard sizes featuring adjustable slide-in partitions, which can be positioned at 40mm intervals.
Each flexi trunk is supplied unlined with 2 partitions as standard. Extra partitions are available upon request.
Our flexi trunks are manufactured to order from laminate or phenol faced 9mm birch plywood with hybrid aluminium lid locating extrusions, corner angle edging extrusions and 3 way zinc plated steel ball corners. The tough specification includes 52mm piano hinge with recessed lid stays, recessed padlocking butterfly catches and flip handles with rubber grips.
100mm swivel castors with Resilex wheels are fitted as standard with 2 of which being braked. These are fitted to 18mm plywood runners.
These standard design flight cases are manufactured in compliance with the Air Transport Association ATA-300 regulations.
Stacking castors dishes and recessed tour label holders can also be fitted at extra cost if required.
