Our road trunks and cable trunks are manufactured to order from laminate or phenol faced 9mm birch plywood with aluminium hybrid lid locating extrusions, corner angle edging extrusions and zinc plated 3 way steel ball corners.
The tough specification includes 52mm piano hinge with recessed lid stays, recessed padlocking butterfly catches and recessed flip handles with rubber grips. They are fitted with high quality Tente 100mm swivel castors with resilex wheels, two of which are braked as standard. These are mounted on 18mm birch ply runners.

These standard design flight cases are manufactured to comply with the Air Transport Association ATA-300 specifications.
